04 Digital Products & Delivery
All products sold by B.A Weight Loss are digital products (PDF guides, meal plans, workout programs, etc.) delivered electronically via email. No physical goods are shipped.
- Digital products are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout within 48 hours of purchase confirmation.
- You are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address at the time of purchase.
- Check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your delivery within the stated timeframe.
- Contact us at support@baweightloss.com if you have not received your product within 48 hours.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final after the 30-day guarantee period described below.
05 Refund & Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of the purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
